地方戏曲如何适应现代化的进程、实现自身的传承与创新,已成为百年来地方戏曲现代化的重要研究命题之一.越是有着悠久历史与深厚积淀的传统剧种,在现代化的过程中面临的困难和瓶颈也越多.在此语境下,张曼君导演的赣南采茶戏红色四部曲《山歌情》《八子参军》《永远的歌谣》《一个人的长征》,以打通戏曲、歌剧、舞剧、话剧、音乐剧、皮影、杂技等多种艺术样式的杂家姿态,使传统戏曲舞台与现代艺术手法相结合,其丰富新颖的舞台样式背后又既延续着传统的文化血脉,又彰显着现代性的品格,让拥有三百多年历史的赣南采茶戏成功地实现了传统的现代再生.

How local opera can adapt to the process of modernization,achieve its own inheritance and innovation has become one of the important research topics for the modernization of local opera in the past century.The longer his-tory and more profound accumulation the traditional theatrical genres have,the more difficulties and bottlenecks they face in the process of modernization.In this context,the red quadret of Tea Picking Opera in southern Jiangxi direct-ed by Zhang Manjun,"Mountain Song Sentiment,""Eight Sons Joining the Army,""Eternal Ballad,"and"One Per-son's Long March,"combines traditional opera stages with modern artistic techniques to connect various artistic styles such as Chinese opera,opera,dance drama,drama,musicals,shadow puppetry,and acrobatics.Its rich and novel stage styles not only continue the traditional cultural bloodline,but also highlight the modern character,allow-ing Tea Picking Opera in southern Jiangxi,which has a history of more than 300 years,to successfully achieve the modern regeneration of tradition.
