Path and Targeted Policy Design of Empowering the Transformation and Upgrading of Jiangxi's Cultural Industry With Digital Economy
The digital economy empowers the transformation and upgrading of Jiangxi's cultural industry through two path:innovation and integration.On the one hand,the digital economy has profoundly changed the production,dis-semination and consumption methods of the culture in Jiangxi,empowering the value chain of Jiangxi's cultural in-dustry to upgrade through innovation.On the other hand,by driving the internal integration of Jiangxi's cultural in-dustry and the external integration with other related industries,digital technology accelerates the cross-border inte-gration and empowers the transformation and upgrading of Jiangxi's cultural industry.Efforts should be made to im-prove the institutional environment for the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industries,strengthen the technological innovation in cultural digitization,promote the agglomeration of digital cultural industries,establish a standard cultural resource database and service platform,and strengthen the cultivation of"digital+culture"talent so as to promote the high-quality development of Jiangxi's cultural industry.
