乡村振兴战略背景下乡镇干部工作绩效评价指标体系构建研究

干部的绩效评价工作是检验新时期乡村振兴战略是否落到实处的重要环节.目前落后泛化的评价指标难以满足绩效评价工作的需要.在整理归类已有研究文献的基础上,采用实地调研法及专家咨询法构建新时期乡镇干部工作绩效评价指标体系,并进一步确定各指标权重系数,结果表明该体系与新时期乡镇干部的绩效评价工作契合度较高.未来应结合评价指标体系,从绩效评价的内容、方式、体系、反馈等方面完善乡镇干部的绩效评价工作.
Research on the Construction of Performance Evaluation Index System for Township Cadres Under the Background of the Rural Revitalisation Strategy
The performance evaluation of cadres is an important link to test whether the Rural Revitalisation Strategy in the new period has been implemented,but the current outdated and generalized evaluation indexes are difficult to meet the needs of performance evaluation.On the basis of sorting and categorising the existing research literature,a performance evaluation index system for township cadres under the new period was constructed using field research method and expert consultation method,and the weight coefficients of each index were further determined.The re-sults showed that the system was highly compatible with the performance of township cadres in the new era.In the future,the performance evaluation for township cadres should be improved from the aspects of content,methods,sys-tem,feedback,etc in combination with the evaluation index system.
