454高通量测序技术在土壤微生物中的应用

指出了土壤微生物是土壤的重要组成部分,在土壤有机物质分解和养分释放、能量转移等生物地化循环中起着重要作用。土壤微生物的种类繁多,一直在研究中。从最初的平板培养法到现在的高通量测序法,对土壤微生物的研究技术发生了巨大的变化。技术在一点一点改进,结果越来越准确。高通量测序现在能一次对成千上万条DNA进行测序,可以很大程度地减少时间和技术成本。在简要阐述454高通量测序技术的基础上,着重讨论了新一代测序技术在土壤微生物中的应用。
Application of 454 high-throughput Sequencing Method in Soil Microorganism
Soil microorganisms are the important components of soil ecosystem and play an important role in biogeochemical cycling such as organic matter decomposition ,mineral nutrient release and energy transformation . There are many types of soil microorganisms which have been in the study .From the original plate culture method to today's high -throughput sequencing method ,it has great changes in the study of soil microbial technology .The result is getting more and more accurate as the technology has been improved bit by bit .The high - throughput sequencing method can test the sequence of tens of thousands of strands of DNA ,which can greatly reduce the time and cost of technology . This article briefly analyzes high - throughput sequencing method , and focuses on the application of the new generation of sequencing technology in the soil microorganisms .
