Present Situation and Development Strategies of Pingxiang State-owned Forest Farm in Poverty
According to the survey ,the city of Pingxiang has 16 state -owned forest farms ,all of which are in poverty .Among them ,10 farms's average annual wages of staff are lower than the local farmer's annual net income , accounting for 62 .5% ;16 farms's average annual wages of staff are less than the local urban residents's average annual disposable income ,accounting for 100% .The existence of these poor farms has weakened the key and pioneer role of state-owned forest farms in reform and development of the whole forestry and has significant influences on the sustainable development of ecological forestry in Pingxiang City .This article analyzes the present situation of the poor farms ,identifies the roots of poverty ,and explores the way out of poverty ,which is of great significance for accelerating the poverty alleviation of state -owned forest farms .
