The habitat is an important place for animals'survival and reproduction ,whose quality and extent of availability are key factors in determining the survival or extinction of animals . Therefore , the study on characteristics of habitat selection has become a research hotspot in the field of conservation biology .The article gives an overview of the studies of terrestrial wildlife's habitat selection on various spatial scales ,which aims to provide some references and guidance for the selection of research methods in habitat utilization studies in the future .
