Expression and Reflection of Centennial Zoo Landscape Stone Culture——Taking Beijing Zoo as an Example
Taking the centennial zoo landscape stones as the research object,the main landscape stone in the park was summarized and analyzed by on-site investigation,targeted positioning of the main landscape stones,consulting literatures,interviewing retired park workers,consulting senior garden experts and other methods.The necessity of applying landscape stone culture in zoos is described by introducing the essence and characteristics,connotation,and reflected ideas of landscape stones.By elaborating on the application concept and overall layout of landscape stones,the exploration of landscape stones culture by the zoo was expressed.Next,the landscape stones in the entire park were classified and introduced according to their artistic patterns,material,and origin.The distribution of landscape stones in Beijing Zoo was explained.Finally,based on the actual situation and the author's years of practical work experience,the considerations of landscape stones in terms of safety and practicality,landscape layout,and historical protection are analyzed for reference in the next overall planning.
