Comprehensive Evaluation of Traditional Village Landscape Based on AVC Theory——Taking Zhuquan Village,Yinan County as an Example
Based on AVC theory,this paper explores and understands the landscape resources and development of traditional villages,reveals the problems of traditional village landscape,and strives to improve the landscape of traditional villages.In this paper,Zhuquan Village,Yinan County,the hometown of Zhisheng Zhuge,Linyi,is selected as a case study to conduct comprehensive evaluation of traditional village landscape.Guided by AVC(attraction,vitality and capacity)theory,combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method,a comprehensive evaluation system of AVC was constructed,and 11 factor layers and 37 index layers were constructed from the three aspects of attraction,vitality and capacity.Thirteen experts in related fields scored and evaluated the indicators in pairs,and yaahp software was used to determine the weight value of each level.The results show that Zhuquan Village has the highest weight value of carrying capacity(0.4233),which has the advantages and conditions for tourism development.The maximum tourist capacity(0.0121)is the most influential factor in the development of tourism.Vitality(0.2728)and attractiveness(0.3039)still have a lot of room to improve.Based on the current weight data,the following strategies are put forward for landscape protection and renewal of Zhuquan Village 1.the historical features of the village should be restored and the ecological landscape of the village should be built;2.the cultural landscape should be protected and the publicity of cultural heritage should be strengthened;3.village infrastructure should be improved;4.foreign enterprises should be introduced to drive villagers to participate in order to provide a reference for the future construction and development of village landscape.
