Analysis of Landscape Pattern and Habitat Quality in Mining Cities Based on InVEST Model
Studying the impact of land use patterns on habitat quality in different periods is of great significance for the healthy and sustainable development of mining cities. This paper selects Huainan City,Anhui Province as the research object, uses three phases of land use data from 2000 to 2020 as the basic data, and uses the InVEST model to analyze the distribution and change characteristics of habitat quality in the study area from 2000 to 2020.The results show that:① In the past 20 years, the research area mainly consists of two types of land use:paddy field and dry land, accounting for over 70%of the total area of the research area during the research period. The land use types have undergone significant changes from 2000 to 2020,with a comprehensive land use dynamic degree of 4.63%.The area of paddy fields and dry lands in the study area has been decreasing year by year, with a decrease of 4.3%.The area of ponds and construction land has shown an increasing trend year by year, with an increase of 0.4%and 4.21%,respectively;②The average habitat quality values between 2000 and 2020 were 0.37,0.36,and 0.35,respectively,indicating a continuous downward trend in the habitat quality of the study area.Among them,5.24%of the habitat quality levels decreased, transitioning from lower-to-lower levels. The research results provide scientific references for the comprehensive improvement of habitat land and ecological planning in the research area.
