Research on the Construction Evaluation and Master Plan of Xinjiang Lujiaowan National Forest Park
The paper takes Xinjiang Lujiaowan National Forest Park as an example to explore the master plan of national forest parks.By collecting relevant information and conducting on site research,a comprehensive understanding of the park's natural geography, scenic resources, and current development status is gained. The existing issues are identified, and a SWOT analysis is conducted to evaluate the forest park.Based on this, the positioning of the park as a scientific base, important ecological security barrier, natural education platform, and leisure tourism destination is clarified, along with its roles in ecological conservation, industrial development, and tourism characteristics. The park is divided into four functional zones:ecological conservation area, core landscape area, general recreation area, and management service area.Targeted planning will be carried out for scenic spots. Finally, three characteristics of the overall planning of Xinjiang Lujiaowan National Forest Park are summarized.①To balance the factors of resource protection and rational utilization with protection as the premise;②To plan and connect the separated eastern and western areas;③To form a complementary development pattern by linking surrounding scenic areas. At the same time, two suggestions are proposed for the future preparation of the overall plan of the national forest park:①To strengthen the bottom line thinking of the red line as well as pay attention to coordination and connection with policies and norms related to natural parks;②To conduct a good investigation of the current land use situation, reasonably plan and layout construction projects, control the scale of project construction, and reasonably plan land use.
