Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Forest Resources Protection in Zhenyuan County Based on Forest Inspection
Forest inspection is an important way to protect forest resources.Taking Zhenyuan Yi,Hani and Lahu Autonomous County as the research area,this paper analyzes the problems found in the forest inspection from 2019 to 2022,and proposes corresponding solutions.The study found that the number of suspicious spots in Zhenyuan County from 2019 to 2022 were 511,934,1075,and 127,with a total area of 598.2930 hm2,814.3789 hm2,542.6538 hm2,and 110.7414 hm2,respectively.The main problems in forest resource protection found in the county's forest inspection were illegal occupation of forest land for construction projects,illegal deforestation(wet)reclamation,illegal forest cutting,and illegal changes in the use of forest land.The main problems in the forest inspection work in the area were insufficient investment in forestry infrastructure,prominent contradictions between resource protection and economic development,shortage of manpower,and heavy classification and disposal tasks in forest inspection.At the same time,this study proposes corresponding solutions from four aspects:increasing investment in forestry infrastructure construction,strengthening management,expanding publicity and strengthening personnel training,coordinating personnel scheduling among various departments,and establishing a forest inspection supervision system,in order to provide a reference for the forest inspection work in Zhenyuan County.
