Paeonia lactifora Pall.is a traditional famous flower in China.Although systematic studies have been conducted in Northeast China,Paeonia lactiflora Pall,has not been planted widely in North China due to differences in climate and precipitation,and its ornamental value and medicinal value cannot be brought into play.This paper intends to analyze the feasibility of the introduction of Paeonia lactifora Pall.in Dingtao County,Heze City,Shandong Province.By observing the performance and adaptability of Paeonia lactifora Pall.introduced from the Central Plains in the growing environment of Northeast China,and comprehensively evaluating its ornamental and medicinal components,the paper aims to screen Paeonia lactiflora Pall.with both ornamental and medicinal value.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.industry in northeast China.The results show that it is theoretically feasible to introduce Paeonia lactifora Pall.from Shandong to Jilin under the condition of temperature and precipitation.The introduced plants can grow and bloom normally in Huinan County,and the medicinal ingredients are not affected.
