旱柳插穗规格与扦插育苗技术试验探讨

旱柳(Salix matsudana Koidz)是一种落叶乔木,高约20 m,胸径可达1 m以上,属于杨柳科柳属的乔木种类。其分布在青海省的川水、浅山和脑山的河流、湖泊、道路、沟渠和村庄附近,具有生长迅速、适应能力强和用途广泛等特点,是青海省重要的本土树种。旱柳在改善生态环境和保持水土方面发挥着重要的作用。旱柳的造林绿化与育苗技术密切相关,因此,本文结合苗圃生产,在37个标准地上进行了研究,重点探讨了旱柳的插穗规格和扦插育苗技术。通过对1-16号标准地的调查研究插穗的年龄、部位、长度和粗度对生长的影响,确定了最佳的插穗规格。通过对17-37号标准地的实验研究扦插时间、方法、深度、密度和浇水次数对生长的影响,得出了旱柳最适宜的扦插育苗技术,希望能为本省旱柳的育苗生产提供技术指导。
Discussion on the Specifications of Salix Matsudana Koidz Cuttings and Their Seedling Cultivation Techniques
Salix matsudana Koidz is a deciduous tree in the Salix family and genus,with a height of about 20m and a diameter at breast height of over 1m.Distributed along rivers,lakes,roads,ditches,and villages in Sichuan,shallow mountains,and Naoshan of our province,it has the characteristics of fast growth,strong adaptability,and wide use.It is an important local tree species in our province,playing an important role in improving the ecological environment and maintaining soil and water.The afforestation and greening of Salix mandshurica are directly influenced by seedling cultivation technology.Therefore,this paper focuses on exploring the cutting specifications and seedling cultivation techniques of Salix matsudana Koidz by setting up 37 standard plots in conjunction with nursery production.By investigating the effects of cutting age,location,length,and coarseness on the growth of 16 standard plots from No.1 to No.16,the optimal cutting specifications were determined;Through an experimental investigation on the effects of cutting time,method,depth,density,and watering frequency on the growth of 21 standard plots from No.17 to No.37,the most suitable cutting seedling cultivation technology for Salix matsudana Koidz was determined,in order to provide technical guidance for the production of Salix matsudana Koidz seedlings in our province.
