The heritage corridor is an important theoretical guidance for the practice of linear cultural heritage conservation and utilization.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to construct an evaluation index system for the appropriateness of Xiaohe Ancient Road conservation and utilization,which includes 4-criteria layer indicators and 21 factor layer indicators.The suitability and main influencing factors of Xiaohe Ancient Road conservation and utilization are determined.The analysis results indicate that the Xiaohe Ancient Road is suitable for carrying out protective utilization work,and the impact of the inherent value of resources on protective utilization is greater than the external conditions of resource utilization.Based on the analysis results,a protective utilization strategy for the Xiaohe Ancient Road from the perspective of heritage corridors is proposed,including integrating tourism resources along the route,constructing heritage corridor spaces,dividing tourism functional areas,and creating leisure tourism products.
