Study on the Influencing Factors of Bed Vacancy in Urban Pension Institutions——Taking the Central City of Chongqing as an Example
This paper investigated the current situation and causes of bed vacancy in the nursing institutions in the central urban area of Chongqing,which provides a reference for the subsequent improvement of the utilization efficiency of beds in nursing institutions in the downtown area of Chongqing.Based on multi-source data,with the help of location entropy and geographical detector,the status of bed vacancy and its influencing factors in nursing institutions in the central city of Chongqing were carried out.①The vacancy rate of beds in nursing institutions in the central urban area of Chongqing is high and the distribution is uneven;②The factor detection of the geographical detector shows that the number of staff and the number of elderly population are the main factors causing the vacancy of beds in nursing institutions,and the secondary factors are the number of shopping facilities,the number of medical facilities,the number of transportation facilities and the size of nursing institutions.Interaction probing shows that the interaction between factors is nonlinear.The vacancy rate of beds in nursing institutions in the central urban area of Chongqing is high and the spatial difference is large.The main influencing factors and functions of the bed vacancy rate are as follows:the number of staff,the number of elderly population,the number of shopping facilities,the number of medical facilities,the number of transportation facilities,and the scale of nursing institutions.
