Developing Forest and Grass Carbon Sink is not only an important measure to promote the realization of China's Double-Carbon policy,but also an important measure to explore the mechanism of realizing the value of ecological products and promote the transformation of"Two Mountains"theory.Based on the theoretical logic of"capitalization-capitalization-monetization-ecologicalization",this paper analyzes the realization mechanism of Forest and Grass Carbon Sink value.Based on the asset industrialization stage,the key is to expand the market demand for products and activate the trading of products.Forest and Grass Carbon Sink can be realized through three paths:government-led,market-led and government-market-mixed.It is suggested to accelerate the development of Forest and Grass Carbon Sink and realize the conversion of value by strengthening the system construction,perfecting the development system,constructing the multi-transaction system and innovating the market mechanism.
