基于DPSIR模型的宁波生态文明综合发展水平测度和提升路径

生态文明综合发展水平测度可以为科学评估城市绿色、可持续发展状况提供基础。基于DPSIR模型,构建了包括5个要素层和34个指标层的生态文明综合评价指标体系,进而利用均方差决策法和线性加权等方法对宁波市2006-2022年的生态文明发展状况进行了评价。结果表明:①宁波市生态文明的不同要素层发展水平及变化呈现一定差异性,总体表现为:生态文明响应平均水平>生态文明状态平均水平>生态文明压力平均水平>生态文明影响平均水平>生态文明驱动平均水平;②宁波市生态文明综合水平指数总体呈现逐步增长的趋势,由2006年的0。358017增长到了 2022年的0。715843,年均增长约6。63%,说明了宁波在努力打造全国生态文明先行示范区建设试点城市的过程中,生态文明建设的成效显著。
Comprehensive Development Level Measurement and Promotion Path of Ningbo Ecological Civilization Based on DPSIR Model
The measurement of the comprehensive development level of ecological civilization can provide a basis for scientific assessment of the status of urban green and sustainable development.Based on the DPSIR model,a comprehensive evaluation index system of Ningbo ecological civilization,including 5 factor layers and 34 index layers,was constructed,and then the mean square deviation decision method and linear weighting method were used to evaluate the development status of Ningbo ecological civilization from 2006 to 2022.The results show that:①the development level and changes of different elements of ecological civilization in Ningbo City are different.The overall performance is:the average level of ecological civilization response>the average level of ecological civilization state>the average level of ecological civilization pressur>the average level of ecological civilization influence>the average level of ecological civilization drive;②Ningbo's comprehensive level index of ecological civilization shows a gradual growth trend,increasing from 0.358017 in 2006 to 0.715843 in 2022,with an average annual growth rate of about 6.63%,indicating that Ningbo has achieved remarkable results in the construction of ecological civilization in the process of building a pilot city as a national demonstration zone of ecological civilization.
