Research on the Impact of Digital Transformation on the Business Performance of Manufacturing Enterprises
Based on the panel data of 387 Chinese listed companies from 2011 to 2021,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the relationship between digital transformation and business performance of manufacturing enterprises.The findings are as follows:①Digital transformation has a significant positive impact on business performance in the manufacturing sector;②In the manufacturing industry,digital transformation can effectively improve the business performance of enterprises by improving labor productivity,optimizing production processes and reducing costs;③ In the ownership heterogeneity analysis,state-owned enterprises show more significant business effect promotion effect in the digital transformation process,indicating that state-owned enterprises can better release their potential business potential and achieve more significant benefit improvement in the process of digital transformation.Therefore,this paper aims to provide management enlightenment for enterprise decision makers,so as to develop differentiated management strategies.
