"十三五"期间襄阳市生态环境质量状况及变化特征

基于2016-2020年襄阳市生态环境监测数据,分析了襄阳市生态环境质量状况及变化特征.结果表明:"十三五"期间,襄阳市生态环境质量持续改善,2020年襄阳城区环境空气优良天数为274 d,优良天数比例相比2016年提升5.2%;地表水环境质量改善明显,汉江干流监测断面水质全部为优,与2016年相比汉江支流监测断面优良比例上升21.3%,轻度污染水质下降16.1%,V类水质断面基本消除."十三五"期间襄阳中心城区降水pH值变化幅度较小且未检出酸雨;城市集中式饮用水水源地、声环境、农村环境等要素环境质量总体保持稳定,但细颗粒物和臭氧污染问题突出,部分地表水断面水质不能稳定达标,乡镇饮用水水源地水质未全部达标,道路交通噪声夜间超标等问题仍存在,给襄阳市"十四五"期间生态环境质量改善带来挑战.
Status and Variation of Eco-environmental Quality in Xiangyang City During the 13th Five-Year Plan Period
Based on the ecological environment monitoring data of Xiangyang City from 2016 to 2020,the status and change trend of eco-environmental quality in Xiangyang City were analyzed.The results showed that the eco-logical environment quality of Xiangyang City continued to improve during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.In 2020,Xiangyang urban area had 274 days of good air quality,and the proportion of good air quality days in-creased by 5.2 percentage points compared with 2016.Surface water environmental quality improved significantly.The Han River main stream monitoring section of the water quality was excellent.Compared with 2016,the pro-portion of Han River tributary monitoring section excellent increased by 21.3 percentage points;slightly polluted water quality decreased by 16.1 percentage points;Class V water quality section basically eliminated.During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the pH of precipitation in the central urban area changed little and no acid rain was detected.The quality of urban centralized drinking water sources,acoustic environment,groundwater,rural envi-ronment and other environmental factors remained generally stable.However,the problems of fine particulate matter and ozone pollution were prominent;the water quality of some surface water sections cannot reach the standard statically;the water quality of drinking water sources in towns and villages was not all up to the standard,and the road traffic noise exceeds the standard at night,which brought challenges to the improvement of ecologi-cal environment quality during the 14th Five-Year Plan period of Xiangyang City.
