随着一体化市政污水处理设备快速地解决应急污水处理难题,其设备也得到广泛应用,以昆山市陆家镇2个站点一体化市政污水处理设备一年的运行情况为例,根据现场在线监测数据、运行药剂成本、运行能耗作为对象,探讨了一体化市政污水处理设备运行效果和影响因素,以求从项 目经验中,做一些总结,发挥自身优势,克服相关困难,为后面的项 目提供一些参考意见.结果表明:该项 目10000 m3/d市政污水处理量,仅3个月就完成采购施工和调试工作,同时,根据在线监测数据分析也表明,一体化市政污水处理设备出水可以稳定做到准Ⅳ类标准.由于采用工艺线路多,在人员、设施相对常规污水处理厂更少的情况下,通过精细化运行管理,在实际运行容错率上,甚至超过一些常规污水处理厂的处理效果.
Discussion on the Operation of Integrated Municipal Sewage Treatment Equipment
With the rapid resolution of emergency sewage treatment problems by integrated municipal sewage treatment equipment,this equipment has also been widely used.The purpose of this paper is to take the one-year operation of integrated municipal sewage treatment equipment at two stations in Lujia Town,Kunshan City as an example.Based on on-site online monitoring data,operating agent costs,and operating energy consumption,the operating effect and influencing factors of integrated municipal sewage treatment equipment are explored in order to summarize the project experience,leverage one's own strengths,overcome related difficulties,and provide some reference opinions for future projects.This project has a length of 10000 m3.The municipal sewage treatment ca-pacity was completed in just 3 months for procurement,construction,and commissioning work.At the same time,according to online monitoring data analysis,the integrated municipal sewage treatment equipment can stably meet the Class Ⅳ standard for effluent.Due to the use of multiple process routes and fewer personnel and facili-ties compared to conventional sewage treatment plants,through refined operation management,the actual fault tol-erance rate can even exceed the treatment effect of some conventional sewage treatment plants.
