Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Food Waste Treatment in Changzhou's Farmers'Markets
In order to solve the predicament of food waste treatment in Changzhou farmers'market,the current sit-uation and difficulties of its generation and resource utilization are investigated and studied.The typical experi-ence of food waste resource utilization in farmers'market at home and abroad is summarized.The construction and operation costs of"high temperature aerobic fermentation+local disposal","conventional aerobic fermentation+local centralized disposal"and"hot pressing drying+local disposal"adopted in Changzhou City were preliminarily analyzed and compared.The results show that:the average treatment cost of aerobic fermenta-tion is only 30%of that of local disposal,which has the highest economic benefit,but the fermentation time needs to be extended to 3~5 d in order to further improve the degree of product decomposition;the average treatment cost of hot-pressure drying is 50%of that of aerobic fermentation,and the subsequent products are directly in-cinerated or processed in depth to be made into organic fertilizers;the various technologies have their own advan-tages and limitations,and need to be selected and applied according to local conditions.Various technologies have advantages and limitations,and need to be selected and applied according to local conditions in order to achieve better disposal and utilization results.
