摘要
大众旅游的持续推进,对旅游景区的服务、管理和营销提出了更高要求.针对现有的游客信息掌握少且不精准等问题,基于地理信息技术、移动定位技术,研究了游客分析相关关键技术,开发了旅游景区游客信息系统.该系统能够方便旅游景区识别热门子景点、绘制客流趋势、判断游客类型、统计消费数据、分析游客画像、区分游客来源地等,对于旅游景区合理调配人力物力资源、提供个性化服务、调整二次消费产品等具有重要参考意义.
Abstract
The continuous promotion of mass tourism has put forward higher requirements for the service,man-agement,and marketing of scenic area.According to the problems of insufficient and inaccurate tourist informa-tion,based on geographic information technology and mobile positioning technology,this paper developed key technologies related to tourist analysis and constructed a tourist information system of scenic area.For scenic are-as,the system can conveniently identify hot sub scenic spots,plot passenger flow trends,determine tourist types,display consumption data,analyze tourist profiles,and differentiate tourist sources.It has important reference for scenic areas to reasonably allocate human and material resources,provide personalized services,and adjust sec-ondary consumption products.
