基于结构方程模型的昆明市社区公共空间适老性评价

目前我国人口老龄化日益加剧.老龄化事业发展显得格外重要.基于老龄人群身心需求,通过文献分析等建立了城市社区公共空间评价指标体系.收集评价指标体系问卷调查数据,通过因子分析最终构建5个潜变量、22个观测变量的适老性评价模型,对重要影响因素及相互关系进行了定量分析.结果表明:昆明城市社区公共空间适老性与空间可达性、环境舒适度、环境安全度、社会参与度、功能混合度有正向相关性,其中社会参与对适老性影响最大,潜变量中铺砖平整与防滑、交往活动组织、尊老敬老氛围、植物景观丰富度对适老性有较大影响.基于研究结论.对建设适老性社区公共空间提出了若干建议,以期提供参考.
Evaluation of Public Space Ageability in Kunming Communities Based on Structural Equation Modeling
The construction of the aging cause is particularly important today when China's aging population is in-creasing dramatically and aging is deepening.Based on the physical and mental needs of the elderly,an evaluation index system of urban community public space was established through literature analysis and other means,and the questionnaire survey data of the evaluation index system were collected.The evaluation model of elderly suit-ability with 5 latent variables and 22 observed variables was finally constructed through factor analysis,and quan-titative analysis of the important influencing factors and interrelationships was conducted.The results show that the elderly-friendliness of public spaces in urban communities is positively correlated with spatial accessibility,environmental comfort,environmental safety,social participation and functional mix,among which social partici-pation has the greatest influence on the elderly-friendliness,while the latent variables of tile leveling and anti-slip,organization of interaction activities,respect for the elderly and richness of plant landscape have a greater influ-ence on the elderly-friendliness.Based on the findings of the study,some suggestions are made to improve the elderly-appropriateness of community public spaces in order to enrich the theoretical system related to the con-struction of elderly-appropriateness of community public spaces.
