Analysis and Research on Landscape Environment of Historical Commercial Street——Taking Princess House Commercial Street in Hohhot as an Example
The Gulun Kejing Princess Mansion is a traditional architectural complex of the Qing Dynasty in Ho-hhot,which is built in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Qing Dynasty.It has the characteristics of early Qing Dynasty architecture.The paper conducts research and comparison on the collected historical literature materials through classification and comparison methods,and combines field research to analyze the current situa-tion of the Gulun Ke Princess Mansion(hereinafter referred to as Princess Mansion)and surrounding commercial streets in Hohhot.In the process of research,based on the three elements of landscape planning,the geographical environment and customs of Princess Mansion Commercial Street were sorted and summarized from three aspects:cultural elements,historical context,and cultural connotation of the sample,in order to obtain the basic ideas of regional and cultural street landscape design.This paper systematically reviews various environmental elements in the historical and cultural block.Suggestions for improving the landscape environment of the Princess Mansion historical and cultural block are proposed in order to strive for the coordination and unity of traditional and mod-ern architectural styles,enrich the traditional regional cultural characteristics and traditional customs activities in the area,strengthen the historical and cultural atmosphere of the Princess Mansion historical and cultural block,and enhance the landscape style of the Princess Mansion commercial block.In order to provide reference for the landscape improvement and construction of the Gulun Kejing Princess Mansion and surrounding commercial street building communities.
