Research on"Human Forest Symbiosis"and Sustainable Development Planning and Design Under the"Dual Carbon"Goal——Taking Butuo County as an Example
Taking Butuo County,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province,as the research object,this paper analyzes the local development status,and points out that Butuo County is rich in forest resources.Lo-cal residents rely on forest resources for production and life,but the forestry industry has prominent problems,such as frequent forest fires,improper use of resources,and conflicts in land use among the three industries,which affect the development of the forest industry in Butuo County.Under the background of"dual carbon",in order to promote local development and achieve the ultimate goal of"Human Forest Symbiosis",this paper introduces the theory of sustainable forest management and constructs a sustainable forest management model with a virtuous cycle of ecology,economy,and culture.In order to fully utilize local forest resources,it is recommended to intro-duce two measures:carbon trading and undergrowth economy.Three detailed planning and design strategies are also proposed from the perspectives of different altitudes and settlement forms,including afforestation to increase sink,forest protection to reduce emissions,and the introduction of undergrowth economic crops,which provided ideas for further development and revitalization of rural areas in Butuo County after poverty alleviation.
