Current Situation and Countermeasures of Forest Fire Prevention Work in Kaiyuan City
Based on the forest fire risk survey data,forest resource survey data,and forest fire prevention planning data in Kaiyuan City,this paper analyzes the current situation of forest fire prevention in Kaiyuan City from the aspects of resource characteristics,management status,facing situation,and fire characteristics.It points out that the system and mechanism of forest fire prevention work in Kaiyuan City are not yet sound,and further imple-mentation of responsibility mechanisms and improvement of work operation mechanisms are needed;Weak infra-structure construction and insufficient capacity building require further strengthening of infrastructure and impro-ving the capacity of forest fire prevention teams;The forest area has a high load of combustible materials and a large area of combustible tree species.It is necessary to further increase the proportion of broad-leaved tree spe-cies for afforestation and take measures to remove combustible materials;Due to insufficient firepower and diffi-culties in controlling outdoor fire sources in accordance with the law,it is necessary to further strengthen the in-vestigation and punishment of illegal agricultural fire use in the field,and strictly control fire sources in key areas;The technological content of extinguishing forest fires is relatively low,and the integrated construction of fire pre-vention and extinguishing lags behind.It is necessary to further strengthen the application of scientific and tech-nological innovation,and improve the professional quality and ability of the team,which provides a reference for the next step of forest fire prevention and extinguishing work.
