Model Construction and Optimization of Abies fabri Scrub Biomass in the Sedera Mountains
Shrub biomass model has limitations and other problems due to the influence of factors such as geogra-phy,species,etc.Based on the sampling analysis of the understory shrub layer of Abies fabri forests at an altitude of 3800m in Sertila Mountain,Southeast Tibet, this paper seeks to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the biomass model of the understory shrub layer of Abies fabri forests by optimizing the shrub biomass model with the influence of the independent variables and the form of the model on the model-fitting effect in the process of the establishment of the understory shrub biomass model. In this paper, according to the correlation a-nalysis of model independent variables, combined with the model form,three-part biomass model for aboveground, belowground and whole plant are established and optimized according to the results of evaluation indexes. The model has applicability. The biomass model form:M=a+bx+cx2+dx3+ex4.The model independ-ent variables are ordered in order of D2H,crown area(S),DH,and basal diameter(D);M=a+bx+cx,and the in-dependent variables are ordered in order of S,DH,D,D2 H in order. After model optimization, the model R2 was in the range of 70.0%~90.0%;the standard error of the estimate(SEE)was below 2 kg;the mean percentage stand-ard error(MPSE)was between 26.0%~29.0%,and the mean prediction error(MPE)was below 10%,which meets the evaluation criteria of shrub biomass models and achieves a certain degree of accuracy and stability in practical applications.
