摘要

采用流动注射法快速准确测定海水中硅酸盐,该方法可很好地解决方法灵敏度和重现性问题.在优化好的实验条件下,灵敏度提高4倍,方法检出限为0.5μg/L,精密度0.18%,线性范围在0.0096~0.96 mg/L具有良好的线性关系(相关系数0.9999),实际海水样加标回收率为92.4%~92.5%,重复性为0.11%,检测频率为33样/h.方法具有分析快速、精密度和准确度高、操作简单等优点,是环境水中硅酸盐分析的理想方法.

Abstract

The flow injection method is a fast and accurate method for the determination of silicates in seawater,which is a good solution to the sensitivity and reproducibility problems of the method.Under the optimized ex-perimental conditions,the sensitivity was increased by 4 times;the detection limit of the method was 0.5 μg/L;the precision was 0.18%;the linear range was 0.0096~0.96 mg/L;the correlation coefficient was 0.9999;the actual recovery rate of seawater samples was 92.4%~92.5%,and the repeatability was 0.11%at a frequency of 33 sam-ples/hour.The method has the advantages of fast analysis,high precision and accuracy,and simple operation,which is an ideal method for silicate analysis in environmental water.
