Study on Zero Discharge Engineering of Electroplating Wastewater Treated by SWRO+MCR Process
Aiming at the characteristics of the wastewater discharged from the production line of an electroplating company and the related treatment requirements, reverse osmosis desalination device(SWRO)and membrane chemical reactor(MCR)process, combined with high-frequency electric power system, are used to treat nickel-containing,chromium-containing and comprehensive electroplating wastewater, and the treatment scale is 60 m3/d in total. The results show that, after the electroplating wastewater treated by the SWRO+MCR process, the efflu-ent quality meets the relevant requirements in the standard GB/T19923-2005,and the treated dry sludge and the e-vaporation kettle liquid are disposed of externally. The effluent can be fully reused for industrial water and mis-cellaneous water, and the treated dry sludge and evaporation kettle liquid are disposed of outside, realizing zero discharge of electroplating wastewater. The total cost of the project is about 6.43 million yuan, and the cost of wastewater treatment is about 97.27 yuan/m3.It can be seen that the process and engineering cases can provide certain reference for the innovation of zero-discharge treatment process of electroplating wastewater and similar projects.
