定州市冬季典型重污染过程及成因分析

以河北省定州市2019年12月6-17日的重污染天气过程为例,运用特征雷达图、HYSPLIT-4后向轨迹模型、数值模拟与观测资料统计相结合的方法,对此次重污染天气过程的天气形势、污染特征、污染成因、输送路径和潜在源区进行了分析.结果表明:①本次污染过程,静稳、高湿、逆温及边界层较低的不利气象条件是外因,本地积累、区域传输导致污染加重.随着湿度的增大,PM2.5/PM10向50%~100%区间聚集,说明湿度增大对颗粒物的二次转化速率加快有显著影响;定州市污染特征表现为偏综合型、偏二次型和偏燃煤型占比较大(分别为31%、28%、16%),污染高值时段主要受偏二次型影响,气态污染物在不利气象条件下向颗粒物转化和颗粒物的吸湿增长显著抬升了PM2.5浓度,部分时段受偏燃煤型影响.此次重污染过程主要受本地污染源(占比30%~58%)排放影响,其次受到周边城市的污染传输影响,保定市污染传输占比为17%~34%、石家庄市污染传输占比为8%~27%;距离较远的城市如山东、山西、河南的污染传输影响较小,本地排放源中,乡镇污染突出.②定州市2019年12月6-17日启动重污染应急橙色预警,启动应急措施后PM2.5浓度削减约10 μg/m3,削减比例为11.4%,增加了1个良天,因欠缺区域间减排合作,减排效果不显著.定州市除了本地及河北省的贡献以外,还有约10%来自山东、河南和山西的污染传输.因此如预警措施只针对整个河北省虽有一定的减排效果,但仍不能达到理想效果.为避免大气扩散条件较差情况下产生的重污染过程,区域之间的合作尤其重要.
Analysis of a Typical Heavy Air Pollution Process and Causes in Winter in Dingzhou City
Taking the heavily air pollution in Dingzhou City Hebei Province from December 6 to 17,2019 as an example,the weather situation,pollution characteristics,pollution causes,transportation paths,and potential source areas of this heavily polluted weather process were analyzed using a combination of characteristic radar charts,HYSPLIT-4 backward trajectory model,numerical simulation,and observation data statistics.The results indicate that:① In this air pollution process,static stability,high humidity,inversion,and lower boundary layer are external factors,and local accumulation and regional transmission lead to increased pollution.With the in-crease of humidity,PM2.5/PM10 aggregates towards the range of 50%~100%,indicating that the increase of hu-midity has a significant impact on the acceleration of the secondary conversion rate of particulate matter;The pol-lution characteristics of Dingzhou City are characterized by a relatively large proportion of comprehensive,sec-ondary,and coal-fired types(31%,28%,and 16%respectively).During high pollution periods,secondary trans-formation is mainly affected.Under unfavorable meteorological conditions,gaseous pollutants transform into par-ticulate matter,and the increase in particle moisture absorption significantly increases PM2.5 concentration,which is locally affected by coal-fired sources.The heavy pollution process this time is mainly affected by local pollu-tion sources(accounting for 30%to 58%)emissions,followed by significant contributions from surrounding are-as such as Baoding City(17%to 34%)and Shijiazhuang City(8%to 27%).The contribution from long-distance transportation such as Shandong,Shanxi,and Henan is relatively small.Among local emission sources,township pollution is prominent.(2)Dingzhou City launched an emergency orange warning for heavy pollution from De-cember 6 to 17,2019.The reduction in pollutants was not significant,with a reduction of about 11.37 μg/m3 and a reduction ratio of 12%.The air quality increased from 4 days before the control to 5 days after the control in Hebei.In addition to the contributions of the local and Hebei provinces,about 10%of Dingzhou City comes from Shandong,Henan,and Shanxi.Therefore,although the early warning measures only target the entire Hebei Prov-ince with certain emission reduction effects,they still cannot achieve the desired effect,especially for transporta-tion in distant regions.To avoid serious air pollution under poor atmospheric diffusion conditions,cooperation be-tween regions is particularly important.
