基于TOPSIS法的制造过程绿色工艺方案决策

绿色制造是一种综合考虑环境影响和资源消耗的现代制造模式,是实现生态工业和社会可持续发展的一种新途径,也是对制造业产生的环境污染进行源头控制的关键途径.为了选出最优的绿色工艺方案,提出一种新的绿色工艺方案决策方法.首先,建立了绿色工艺方案决策指标体系;然后,采用层次分析法确定指标的权重,并建立了基于TOPSIS法的制造过程绿色工艺方案决策模型;最后,以连杆制造过程4种机械加工工艺方案为例,计算出了4种工艺方案的优劣排列次序,根据排列次序得出整体式连杆加工工艺路线比分体式连杆加工工艺路线要好,从而验证了该模型的可行性和实用性.
Green Processing Scheme Decision in Manufacturing Process Based on TOPSIS Method
Green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing pattern taking comprehensive consideration of the en-vironmental influence and resources consumption.It is not only a new approach that aims at realizing Eco-Indus-try and sustainable development of the society,but also a critical path to implement the source control of the envi-ronment pollution.In order to select the best green process scheme,a new green processing scheme decision method is proposed.Firstly,a decision index system of green processing scheme is established;Then,the weight of decision index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.A decision model on green processing scheme deci-sion in manufacturing process based on TOPSIS method is founded;Finally,the feasibility and practicality of the model are tested by four kinds of machining process of connecting rod manufacturing as an example.The order of the advantages and disadvantages of the four process plans is calculated.According to the arrangement order,the processing route of integral connecting rod is better than that of split connecting rod.
