摘要

研究了不同海拔高度道孚杜鹃化学成分的差异.采用代谢组学的方法,检测了海拔3800 m和4200 m的道孚杜鹃代谢物,通过聚类分析(hierarchical clustering analysis,HCA)和主成分分析(princi-pal component analysis,PCA)方 法 对检测 数据进行统计 分析.并通过水蒸气蒸馏法,提取海拔3800 m、4000 m和4200 m的道孚杜鹃精油和纯露,用气相色谱质谱联用仪(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)检测了精油和纯露的成分及含量.结果表明:2个不同海拔高度地区道孚杜鹃的代谢产物具有明显的差异;精油和纯露检测结果显示,海拔3800 m和4000 m地区道孚杜鹃精油和纯露的主要化学成分和含量基本一致,与海拔4200 m的道孚杜鹃精油和纯露在成分种类和含量上均存在明显的差异.不同海拔道孚杜鹃的化学成分存在明显的差异.

Abstract

The differences in chemical constituents of Rhododendron dawuense at different altitudes are re-searched.The metabolites of Rhododendron dawuense at 3800m and 4200m altitudes by metabolomics are detec-ted,and the data were statistically analyzed by hierarchical clustering analysis(HCA)and principal component a-nalysis(PCA).The essential oil and pure dew of Rhododendron dawuense at 3800m,4000m,4200 altitude was prepared by water distillation method.The chemical constituents and content of the essential oil and pure dew were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results showed that there were significant differences in metabolites between the two altitudes.The results showed that the constituents and contents of es-sential oil and pure dew at 3800m and 4000m altitude were basically the same,and there were significant differ-ences between the essential oil and dew at 4200m altitude.There were significant differences in chemical composi-tion of Rhododendron dawuense at different altitudes.
