响应面法优化水蒸气提取侧柏叶精油工艺研究

侧柏叶(Platycladi Cacumen)为中药材,其精油对多种腐败菌和致病菌均具有抗菌活性,有望作为天然抗菌剂应用于食品工业和医药领域.为寻找侧柏叶精油最佳提取工艺,为今后的开发利用提供科学依据,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取侧柏叶精油,并结合单因素试验和响应面法优化提取工艺.结果表明:各参数对于侧柏叶精油提取率的影响比较为:蒸馏时间>NaCl浓度>液料比.在考虑经济可行性条件下,最佳提取条件为NaCl浓度2.3%、料液比1:8.0 g/mL、蒸馏时间2.0 h,实际提取率为1.22%.
Optimization of Steam Extraction of Essential Oil from Platycladi Cacumen by Response Surface Methodology
Platycladi Cacumen is a traditional Chinese medicine,and its essential oil has antibacterial activity a-gainst a variety of spoilage bacteria and pathogenic bacteria,which is expected to be used as a natural antibacterial agent in the food industry and the field of medicine.In order to find the best extraction process of Platycladi Ca-cumen essential oil,and provide a scientific basis for future development and utilization,the essential oil of Platy-cladi Cacumen was extracted by steam distillation,and the extraction process was optimized by single factor ex-periment and response surface methodology.The results showed that the influence of each parameter on the ex-traction rate of Platycladi Cacumen essential oil was distillation time>NaCl concentration>material-liquid ra-tio.Considering the economic feasibility,the optimal extraction conditions were NaCl concentration of 2.3%,ma-terial-liquid ratio of 1:8.0 g/mL,distillation time of 2.0 h,and the actual extraction rate was 1.22%.
