Investigation and Analysis of the Effects of Drought Stress on the Growth of Koelreuteria paniculata Under Construction Waste Environment
To quantitatively analyze the growth effects of drought stress on Koelreuteria paniculata in soil with construction waste, and provide guidance for soil and climate conditions for Koelreuteria paniculata maintenance, experimental comparison was conducted on different blocks of garden division.Construction waste covering the ground surface of planted Koelreuteria paniculata seedlings was recorded as Group A,and the thickness of con-struction waste was within 2 cm;During the process of planting Koelreuteria paniculata, construction waste is mixed to the entire root of the plant and recorded as Group B,which is further divided into three groups based on the mixing ratio;growth tracking statistics and drought stress statistics are analyzed separately.Covering the soil surface with construction waste was beneficial for the growth of Koelreuteria paniculata, which may be due to the fact that construction waste can isolate water evaporation on the soil surface and provide better conditions for the reproduction and growth of other biological larvae. The total weight growth rate of Group A was 96.8%,while the control group was 91.1%;Under moderate drought stress, the total biomass of group A Koelreuteria paniculata decreased by 7.67%,while the control group decreased by 10.05%.When construction waste was mixed with soil, the total biomass of B3 group Koelreuteria paniculata decreased by 1.99%under mild drought stress;Under mod-erate drought stress, the total biological weight of B3 Koelreuteria paniculata decreased by 25.99%.When a thin layer of construction waste is covered on the soil surface,it can provide a certain degree of water evaporation iso-lation,increase soil permeability, and provide a beneficial soil environment for the Koelreuteria paniculata; When construction waste is mixed with soil,it will have an impact on the growth of Koelreuteria paniculata, and the im-pact becomes more significant with the increase of mixing amount.
