Research on the Development of Copper-Based New Materials Industry in Yingtan Based on SWOT-PEST Analysis
The state attaches great importance to the construction of advanced manufacturing clusters.The Jiangxi Province proposed the implementation of the"1269"action plan for the modernization of the key industrial chain of the manufacturing industry,and the Yingtan copper-based new material industry is as one of the six advanced manufacturing clusters in the province.Using SWOT and PEST analysis methods,this paper comprehensively ana-lyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the current development of Yingtan copper-based new material industry in politics,economy,society and technology.On the basis of full research,it puts for-ward policies and suggestions to deepen the cooperation of the industrial chain,actively attract projects,strength-en the research on key core technologies,build an innovation platform carrier,implement a flexible talent policy and optimize financial support to promote the development of Yingtan copper-based new materials.
