Effects of Different Matrix Ratio on Cuttings of Rosa Chinensis
In order to explore the effects of different substrate ratios on Rosa chinensis cutting, and provide theo-retical basis and technical support for the large-scale production of Rosa chinensis cutting seedlings,in this paper,"Red May"was used as the test material, and five ratios of peat and perlite were used for the experiment. The re-sults showed that when peat:perlite=2∶1,the rooting rate of Rosa chinensis cutting seedlings was the highest;the callus emergence rate was the highest;the root weight, root length and bud height of cutting seedlings were the highest, and the comprehensive determination values of physiological indexes such as nitrate reductase activity and soluble sugar in leaves were the highest. It is the most suitable propagation ratio for Rosa chinensis cutting propagation.
