Equal Optimal Allocation of Chongqing Library Based on Kernel Function Clustering
Taking Chongqing Library as an example,this paper applies the location theory of public facilities from the perspective of residents and proposes a kernel function clustering method to optimize the spatial allocation of libraries.To optimize the spatial allocation of Chongqing Library to the greatest extent,a variety of optimization models are introduced and compared with the kernel function clustering method.The results show that the kernel function clustering method covers the largest total population,which is less affected by distance,and the opti-mized spatial configuration is more equal.The P-center model is greatly affected by spatial distribution.The P-median model is susceptible to distance;MCLP model is more suitable for the selection of medium distance opti-mization.The difference of traffic accessibility between models is not obvious,which can be used to provide a reference for optimization decision-making.The kernel function clustering method proposed in this paper can pro-vide a theoretical basis for the equal optimization or planning of the spatial layout of public service facilities.
