摘要
基于西安市作为关中平原重要的粮食生产区,通过调查研究分析了西安市耕地数量、质量、种植情况以及近10年的耕地时空动态变化,明晰了其变化影响因素.研究结果表明:城镇化建设、农业结构调整、耕地撂荒等方面影响了耕地的数量、质量和生态;耕地"三位一体"的保护是稳定区域耕地数量、提升耕地质量、保持生态稳定,推动耕地的可持续利用的有效措施;西安市耕地质量相对较高,应严格落实耕地保护制度、开展高标准农田建设、合理调整农业种植结构,实现耕地的数量、质量、生态"三位一体"的保护.
Abstract
Based on the fact that Xi'an is an important grain production area in the Guanzhong Plain,this paper an-alyzes the quantity,quality and cultivation of arable land in Xi'an City through investigation and research,as well as the spatial and temporal dynamics of the arable land in the past ten years,and clarifies the factors influencing its changes.The results of the study show that:urbanization construction,agricultural structure adjustment,and a-bandonment of arable land affect the quantity,quality,and ecology of arable land;the protection of arable land trinity is an effective measure to stabilize the quantity of arable land in the region,improve the quality of arable land,maintain ecological stability,and promote the sustainable use of arable land;the quality of arable land in Xi'an City is relatively high,and the system of arable land protection should be strictly implemented.The con-struction of high-standard farmland should be carried out,and the structure of agricultural cultivation should be reasonably adjusted in order to achieve arable land conservation.The quality of Xi'an's arable land is relatively high,so it should strictly implement the arable land protection system,carry out the construction of high-standard farmland,and reasonably adjust the structure of agricultural cultivation,so as to realize the protection of arable land's quantity,quality and ecology.
