Study on Electrochemical Treatment of Alkaline Zn-Ni Alloy Wastewater
In this work, electrochemical treatment technology was used to disposal Alkaline Zn-Ni alloy wastewater. The effects of the initial pH value of wastewater, current density, plate distance on the efficacy of electrochemical treatment technology were analyzed, and the treatment effect of electrochemical treatment tech-nology and ion exchange resin was studied. The results show that zinc and nickel in the wastewater are separated on the cathode surface by electrodeposition, and the mass concentration of zinc and nickel is greatly reduced;the removal rate of zinc and nickel in the effluent by electrochemical method can reach 84.2%and 88.4%respective-ly,and the concentration of zinc and nickel after ion exchange resin treatment is lower than 1.0mg/L and 0.1 mg/L,which meets the discharge standard requirements.
