安阳市水环境承载力评价及对策研究

基于压力-状态-响应模型,构建水生态承载力评价指标体系,采用主观赋权法与客观赋权法结合计算安阳市权重,综合评价了安阳市2016-2020年的水生态承载力状况.结果表明:基于水质法,安阳市水环境承载力2016-2020年呈现逐年提升并且2020年处于未超载状态;基于指标体系法,安阳市水环境承载力由2016年的超载状态提升为2020年的未超载状态,水环境承载状态明显提升;影响安阳市水环境承载力的主控因子分别为水资源开发利用率、万元工业增加值用水量和污水排放相关指标.通过水环境承载力预测分析,安阳市应从节约用水、污染治理和产业结构调整等方面来提升水环境承载力.
Evaluation and Countermeasures of Water Environment Carrying Capacity in Anyang City
Based on the pressure-state-response model,the evaluation index system of water ecological carrying capacity was constructed,and the weight of Anyang City was calculated by combining subjective and objective weighting methods to comprehensively evaluate the water ecological carrying capacity of Anyang City from 2016 to 2020.The results show that,based on the water quality law,the water environment carrying capacity of Anyang City increases year by year from 2016 to 2020 and is not overloaded in 2020.Based on the index system method,the water environmental carrying capacity of Anyang city was in overload state,critical overload state and critical overload state respectively during 2016-2018.The main controlling factors affecting the water environmental carrying capacity of Anyang city are the utilization rate of water resources development,the water consumption of 10,000 yuan of industrial added value and the related indexes of sewage discharge.Through the prediction and a-nalysis of water environmental carrying capacity,Anyang city should improve the water environmental carrying capacity from the aspects of water conservation,pollution control and industrial structure adjustment.
