以苏州某生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液全量化处理项 目为例,结合项 目特征及水质排放要求,在国内渗滤液处理工程应用市场创造性引入正渗透处理技术,设计了 一套"预处理+DTRO+正渗透+蒸发"组合工艺系统。实践证明:该组合工艺可以高效稳定连续运行,总体产水率高达97%,CODcr、NH3-N、TN、TP和盐分等去除率达到99。9%以上,SS去除率达到100%,处理后的出水达到了国家相关标准要求,经济环境效益较好,为生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液全量化处理类似项目提供参考。
Design and Case Analysis of Fully Quantitative Treatment Process for Leachate From a Domestic Waste Landfill
Taking the full quantitative treatment project of leachate from a domestic waste landfill of suzhou as an example,combining the water quality characteristics and discharge requirements of the project's leachate,this pa-per designs a combination process system of"Pretreatment+DTRO+Forward osmosis+Evaporation".The practice has proved that the combination process system has achieved significant results and the effluent meets the relevant national standards and requirements after treated by this process,which has good environmental benefits and can operate efficiently,stably,and continuously.The overall water production rate has reached 97%,with re-moval rates of CODcr,NH3-N,TN,TP and salt exceeding 99.9%,and SS removal rate reaching 100%.The pur-pose of this paper is to guide the operation of other comprehensive treatment projects of leachate from domestic waste landfills.
