钻爆法隧道施工致灾水体预报技术研究

隧道施工时会遇到突水、突泥等地质灾害。在钻爆法施工前对掌子面前方地区科学开展超前地质预报作业,可以大大减少突涌水引发的人员伤亡和财产损失。隧道超前地质预报方法多种多样,各预报方法优点和缺点并存,对隧道施工可能遇到的致灾水体进行综合、精准预报,是当前研究的热点和难点。论述了地质调查法、物探法、超前钻探法等典型超前预报方法的原理及优缺点,从优势互补的角度提出了"物钻联合、长中短距离靶向探测"的隧道施工致灾水体综合预报技术。以某长大深埋隧道为例,通过TSP、瞬变电磁法、超前水平钻法和加深炮孔法对致灾水体进行联合探测,成功揭露出潜在的致灾水体,误差在2 m以内,说明该预报技术科学合理、流程实操性强、探测精度高。可为高风险隧道施工突涌水灾害防治提供参考。
Research on Disaster Water Prediction Technology for Tunnel Construction by Drilling and Blasting Method
During tunnel construction,geological disasters such as water and mud bursts are often encountered,leading to equipment damage,project delays,and even casualties.Conducting advanced geological prediction op-erations in front of the palm before drilling and blasting construction can greatly reduce casualties and property losses caused by sudden water surges.There are various advanced geological prediction methods for tunnels,and each method has its own advantages and disadvantages.How to make comprehensive and accurate predictions of the disaster causing water bodies that may be encountered during tunnel construction is currently a hot and diffi-cult research topic.This paper discusses the principles and advantages and disadvantages of typical advanced pre-diction methods such as geological survey,geophysical exploration,and advanced drilling.From the perspective of complementary advantages,a comprehensive prediction technology for disaster causing water bodies in tunnel construction is proposed based on the combination of geophysical and drilling methods and targeted detection of long,medium,and short distances.Taking a long and deeply buried tunnel as an example,through the joint detec-tion of disaster causing water bodies using TSP,transient electromagnetic method,advanced horizontal drilling method,and deepening borehole method,potential disaster causing water bodies were successfully exposed with an error of less than 2 meters,indicating that the prediction technology is scientifically reasonable;the process is highly practical,and the detection accuracy is high.This study provides a reference and guidance for the preven-tion and control of sudden water inrush disasters during high-risk tunnel construction.
