针对上海生物能源再利用项 目三期工程具有工期紧张、土建与施工交叉作业多、安全管控要求高等特点,研究建立智慧工地管理系统,对人、料、机、法、环五大施工管理核心要素进行信息化管理。运行实践表明:智慧工地管理系统包括劳务管理、安全管理、质量管理、进度控制和绿色施工五大板块实现了信息化管理,项目管理能效有较大提升,在人员实名制、安全教育、安全巡检、危大工程管理等方面实现了快捷管理,质量检查大幅提升了监管力度和整改速度。
Application of Smart Construction Sites in Bioenergy Reuse Projects
In response to the characteristics of tight schedule,multiple cross operations between civil engineering and construction,and high safety control requirements in the third phase of the Shanghai bioenergy reuse project,a smart construction site management system is studied and established to carry out information management of the five core elements of construction management:personnel,materials,machinery,law,and environment.Practi-cal operation has shown that the Hui Construction Site Management System has achieved information manage-ment in five major areas:labor management,safety management,quality management,progress control,and green construction.The energy efficiency of project management has been greatly improved,and fast management has been achieved in personnel real name system,safety education,safety inspection,and hazardous engineering man-agement.Quality inspection has greatly improved the supervision and rectification speed.
