Research on Landscape Micro-Renewal Design and Engineering Technology of Old Urban District—Taking Gudang Bay Community in Hangzhou City as an Example
The landscape micro-renewal design of old residential areas has become an important way to improve the living environment and enhance the urban image.In order to improve the environment of old residential areas and improve the quality of life of residents,this paper takes Gudang Bay old community reconstruction practice case of Hangzhou City as an example,and summarizes the design strategy and engineering technology methods through a series of practices such as preliminary field investigation,questionnaire survey,data analysis,mid-term program design,and later project construction.The results show that the design and construction should be carried out from multiple angles such as building upgrading,road upgrading,infrastructure upgrading,sponge city land-scape upgrading,and combining intelligent and energy-saving technology.The multi-angle design and the applica-tion of emerging technologies meet the indoor and outdoor needs of residents,which provides a reference for the transformation of similar old residential areas.
