摘要
以湖南省宁乡市的森林火灾风险要素调查数据为基础,对宁乡市的森林火灾危险性、防火减灾能力和相关风险指数进行了研究与评估.结果表明:宁乡市的森林火灾危险性指数为0.2096,等级为"中高"风险;森林防火减灾能力指数为0.3138,等级为"中"风险;森林火灾风险指数为0.3257,等级为"高"风险.根据森林火灾风险评估和减灾能力评估等级结果,宁乡市应纳入"重点防治区",同时提出了针对宁乡市森林火灾的对策与建议.
Abstract
Based on the survey data of forest fire risk factors in Ningxiang City,Hunan Province,the study and e-valuation were conducted on the forest fire hazard,fire prevention and disaster reduction capacity,and related risk indices in Ningxiang City.The results show that the forest fire hazard index in Ningxiang City is 0.2096,with a level of"medium high";The forest fire prevention and disaster reduction capacity index is 0.3138,rated as"medi-um";The forest fire risk index is 0.3257,rated as"high"risk.Based on the results of forest fire risk assessment and disaster reduction capacity assessment,Ningxiang City should be included in the"key prevention and control are-as",and countermeasures and suggestions for forest fires in Ningxiang City have been proposed.
