缓释肥对核桃果实品质和光合性能的影响

为探究缓释肥对核桃果实品质和叶片光合性能的影响,以'温185'核桃为试验材料,设置常规施肥(CK),不同缓释肥梯度共5个处理,对核桃果实的外观品质、内在品质进行研究.结果表明:缓释肥对核桃果实品质及产量均有不同程度的促进作用.在不同处理条件下,脂肪含量比较为:F2>F1>F3>F4>CK,F2处理与CK处理差异达显著水平,较CK处理提高了15.77%;蛋白质在不同处理下,含量关系为F1>F2>F4>F3>CK,F1处理高出CK处理0.67 mg/g;CK处理出仁率与各处理间的差异极显著.Pn、Gs和 WUE整体上呈"下降—上升—下降"趋势,且各指标整体显著高于CK,而Ci整体显著低于CK;叶片SPAD值随大颗粒树肥施用量的增加呈"高—低—高"的趋势,在F2处理时达到峰值;在整个生育期中,F2处理的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分利用速率和SPAD较CK分别高8.43%、10.88%、1.38%、15.4%和1.96%,且CK比F2处理施肥量高173%.在核桃生产中,施用缓释肥可节本增效,且施缓释肥600 g/株下核桃的果实品质、产量和叶片光合较好.
Effects of Slow-Release Fertilizer on Fruit Quality and Photosynthetic Performance of Juglans regia L.
In order to investigate the effect of slow-release fertilizer on Juglans regia L.fruit quality and leaf pho-tosynthetic performance,'Wen 185'Juglans regia L.was used as the test material,and five treatments were set up with conventional fertilization(CK)and different gradients of slow-release fertilizer to study the appearance quali-ty and intrinsic quality of Juglans regia L.fruits.The test results showed that slow-release fertilizer had different degrees of promotion effect on Juglans regia L.fruit quality and yield.Under the condition of different treatments,the size of fat content was F2>F1>F3>F4>CK,and the difference between F2 treatment and CK treatment reached a significant level,which was 15.77%higher than that of CK treatment;the content of protein under dif-ferent treatments was F1>F2>F4>F3>CK,and the F1 treatment was higher than that of CK treatment by 0.67 mg/g;the difference between kernel yield of CK treatment and that of the treatments was highly significant.Pn,Gs and WUE as a whole showed the trend of"decreasing-rising-decreasing",and the indicators as a whole were sig-nifiicantly higher than CK,while Ci as a whole was significantly lower than CK;leaf SPAD value with the increase in the amount of large-grain fertilizer application showed the trend of"high-low-high",and reached the level of"high"in the F3 treatment,which was the first time in the F3 treatment.The leaf SPAD value showed a"high-low-high"trend with the increase of large-grain tree fertilizer application,and reached a peak in F3 treatment;during the whole reproductive period,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,water use rate and SPAD of F3 treatment were 8.43%,10.88%,1.38%,15.4%and 1.96%higher than that of CK,and the a-mount of fertilizer applied to CK was 173%higher than that of F3 treatment.In Juglans regia L.production,the application of slow-release fertilizer can save costs and increase efficiency,and the fruit quality,yield and leaf photosynthesis of Juglans regia L.under the application of slow-release fertilizer 600~800 g/plant were better.
