Fairness and Performance Evaluation of Park and Green Space in Chongqing From the Perspective of Accessibility
The fairness of the distribution of urban park green spaces is related to the well-being of residents and is also an important measure of whether the urban public service system is perfect or not.This paper divides fair-ness evaluation into static evaluation and dynamic evaluation.Static fairness focuses on whether the spatial distri-bution of park green spaces is balanced;Dynamic fairness focuses on the supply and demand situation between park green spaces and tourist populations in different time dimensions.The results indicate that:① there is a cer-tain spatial mismatch between urban park green space resources and demand,with less distribution in the suburbs of the southern and northern cities,and the fairness level of park green space enjoyed by most residents in the central area is poor;② The number of people traveling in different time dimensions affects the supply and de-mand of urban park green spaces.It can be seen that there is a spatial imbalance between accessibility and fair-ness.
