Realistic Predicament and Route Choice of Digital Economy Enabling High-Quality Development—Taking Hengyang City as an Example
Digital economy promotes the comprehensive digital transformation of Hengyang's traditional industries and achieves the high-quality development of Hengyang's economy.This paper aims to promote the high-quality development of Hengyang's"four-wheel drive"digital economy and form new kinetic energy for economic growth.Data analysis and literature research were used.The results show that it is necessary to focus on the high-quality development of the economy and rely on the high-speed development of modern digital technologies such as"Internet+",big data and artificial intelligence.Hengyang analyzed the overall weak digital economy scale,the imbalance of regional development of digital economy,the slow digital transformation of enterprises,and the four bottlenecks of the industrial ecosystem that need to be optimized in the process of building a digital economy highland.The main factors affecting the high-quality development of Hengyang's digital economy are analyzed from three aspects:the integration of affairs,the degree of enterprise attention,and the shortage of high-end com-pound talents.The path selection is put forward from four aspects:the construction of new infrastructure,the es-tablishment and improvement of an effective policy system to promote the digital transformation of enterprises,the continuous strengthening of high-end innovative talents and the further broadening of investment and fiinan-cing channels.By analyzing the bottleneck and main factors in the construction of digital economy highland in Hengyang City,this paper fully understands the problems that need to be solved in the construction of digital e-conomy highland in Hengyang City,which has important reference significance for the construction of digital e-conomy highland in Hengyang City.
