Effect Evaluation of Rural Ecological Civilization Construction in Guangdong Province Based on"3E"Theory
Taking rural revitalization as an opportunity and ecological civilization construction as a guide,this study constructs an evaluation index of the effect of rural ecological civilization construction in Guangdong Prov-ince based on the"3E"theory,and evaluates the index.The evaluation results show that the weight of ecological management index(Al)in input(A)is the highest,which is 0.2209.In benefit(C),the weight of ecological envi-ronment index(Cl)is the second,which is 0.1072.The weight of the ecological economic index(B1)in output(B)is 0.0089,with the lowest score,indicating that Guangdong Province attaches great importance to the construction of rural ecological civilization to obtain certain benefits,but the output generally lags behind the input.It is neces-sary to coordinate the input and output indicators in the construction of rural ecological civilization in Guangdong Province according to the obtained results,so as to ensure the balanced development of both and further promote the benefits of ecological civilization construction.
