利用2021-2023年泸州市主城区声环境功能区噪声监测数据,分析了各类声环境功能区噪声特点和变化趋势。结果表明:泸州市主城区声环境功能区声环境质量总体较好,夜间的噪声污染较昼间严重;1类、2类、3类功能区的昼间和夜间以及4a类功能区的昼间达标率均在90%以上,而4a类功能区的夜间达标率仅为25%;各声环境功能区噪声等效声级日变化曲线总体呈"双峰形",变化趋势与城区居民生活、出行和生产活动以及季节密切相关。建议今后从合理规划路网布局、加快企业入园步伐、优化建筑施工时段、强化噪声投诉执法、推进噪声自动监测等方面做好主城区环境噪声污染防控工作。
Noise Status and Control Measures of Sound Environment Functional Areas in Main Urban Area of Luzhou City From 2021 to 2023
This paper uses the noise monitoring data of the sound environment functional areas in the main urban area of Luzhou City from 2021 to 2023 to analyze the noise characteristics and changing trends of various sound environment functional areas.The results show that the overall sound environment quality in the sound environ-ment functional areas of Luzhou City is good,and the noise pollution at night is more severe than during the day;The daytime and nighttime compliance rates of Class 1,Class 2,and Class 3 functional areas,as well as the day-time compliance rate of Class 4a functional areas,are all above 90%,while the nighttime compliance rate of Class 4a functional areas is only 25%;The daily variation curve of the equivalent sound level of noise in each function-al area of the sound environment generally shows a bimodal pattern,and the trend of change is closely related to the daily life,travel and production activities of urban residents,as well as the season.It is recommended to do a good job in environmental noise pollution prevention and control in the main urban areas in the future by reasona-bly planning the road network layout,accelerating the pace of enterprise entry,optimizing the construction period,strengthening noise complaint law enforcement,and promoting automatic noise monitoring.
